DELAYS SHIPMENTS (DHL)
We are currently experiencing major delays in the delivery of our products with our shipping partner DHL. There are many reasons for this, such as a high level of illness, new sorting machines in the respective mail centers and increased demand in the winter months. In some cases, our shipments arrive with a delay.

// Shipping
FOCX uses DHL as our partner for shipping. We offer both, standard mail without tracking and DHL Premium shipmets with tracking data. Tracking informations will be sent from our shipping partner DHL. The estimated delivery time is as follows (business days):
Germany: 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 3 to 19 working days
United Kingdom: 3 to 16 working days
United States: 4 to 18 working days
Canada: 5 to 20 working days
Australia / Japan: 7 to 28 working days
Rest Of The World: 5 to 35 working days
// Shipping costs
Free Shipping Worldwide / DHL Tracked 4€
Please note the following: The ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. Furthermore, all orders include an official invoice declaring the total amount of the purchased goods in Euro’s (send via Email). We do not lower the value of the order or mark the item(s) as gifts on the invoice of the parcel because this is illegal and in violation with international import regulations as stated in German Law. For some regions in the world, we charge a fee of 4€ for shipments with tracking – this is a need to make sure that the shipments arrive.
// Wrong adress
If the item is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, and the package is sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
// Availability
We do our very best to synchronize the website stock with our stock, although some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. If this happens, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
// Warranty on Our Wallets
At FOCX, we take pride in crafting high-quality wallets that combine style and functionality while ensuring long-lasting durability. Quality and customer satisfaction are paramount to us, and as such, we offer generous warranties on our products.
1. Seam and Leather Warranty (2 Years)
Our wallets are meticulously crafted using premium materials, particularly leather and stitching. We have utmost confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship, which is why we provide a 2-year warranty on all stitching and leather in our wallets. If any material or workmanship defects arise during this period, we will repair or replace the wallet at no cost to you.
2. Elastics/ Elastane Parts Warranty (1 Year)
Certain wallets in our collection feature parts made of Elastane to enhance flexibility and durability. We offer a 1-year warranty on these parts from the date of purchase. Should any issues arise during this period, we will repair or replace the affected parts to ensure your wallet remains in perfect condition.
How to Claim Your Warranty
To avail your warranty, please contact our customer service at support@focx.store. We will promptly address your concerns and take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction with your wallet.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty strictly applies to manufacturing and material defects.
// Payments
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard (via PayPal or Stripe).
// Customs
Orders shipped outside of Germany (Europe) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; FOCX has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate of 3-18 working days.
